Shipping policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We are committed to shipping your products to you in the fastest, most cost-effective way possible. As we are a small business, we are unable to obtain bulk shipping rates from shippers like some larger corporations do. We are constantly searching for the best shipping products and rates and will pass any savings on to you, the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping. All sales are final once an order has shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any unshipped order if unable to establish communication with the customer. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 5% restock fee, which will be deducted from the total refund.
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
Dichotomy Creations LLC will attempt to combine multiple orders and refund excess charges when possible. As we are a small business, we may overlook multiple orders at times. If you have placed multiple orders, please contact us as soon as possible with the order information so we can package all items together. We will make sure our shipping charges and processing fees (typically up to 5%) are covered prior to refunding. This is in no way a guarantee to have orders combined every time.
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked with the first date the item will be available to ship. The entire order placed will ship on or after the latest available shipping date. If you are ordering additional items that you want sent prior to the latest available mailing date of pre-order items, be sure to place separate orders.
MISSING PACKAGES:
Be aware of your location. Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the shipping company but is missing to you. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of Dichotomy Creations LLC or the shipping company to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the shipping company, please contact your local shipping company office as they are best equipped to locate your package.
Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The provided information is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into the business is also very valuable. We will do anything in our power to resolve any and all situations and work on your behalf with the shipping company to resolve any situations that may arise.
