Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.   

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  If you received the wrong item, please let us know immediately so we may get the correct item to you in a timely manner.  If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way, please contact us as soon as possible via email at dichotomycreations@gmail.com and provide photos of the shipping packaging, labels, tracking number, how the item was protected inside the packaging, and the actual damage or defect.  This will expedite our ability to file any claims with the shipping carrier as soon as possible, and will allow us the maximum amount of information to rectify the situation accordingly.
